“Ocean Animals Book Bingo”

Bring the ocean to you with a few rounds of picture bingo at the library. Join us on Monday, July 29 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. to play a fun picture version of the popular game. Every participant will win and will have a chance to choose books from our special selection tables. *Registration is required and begins the Thursday before the program.

“Story Time – Construction Zone Ahead”

Come to the Leach Library on Tuesday, July 30 from
10:00 – 10:30 a.m. to hear stories about trucks and people who do construction. Patrons of all ages are invited to an energetic half-hour program of exciting stories, frolicking finger plays, and sensational songs. No registration is required for this drop-in program.

“Stories in the Stars”

On Wednesday, July 31 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Hampstead Stage Company will be at the Leach Library to perform their Stories in the Stars show. Travel the night sky with their stories and explore constellations and legends about why they are in the night sky. This interactive show will delight the audience with stories of wind, seasons, the sun, and the moon. *Registration is required and begins the Thursday before the program.

“Craft Time - Create your own windsock”

Come to the Leach Library on Thursday, August 1 from
10:00 – 10:30 a.m. or 1:00 – 1:45 p.m. to create your own windsock using a variety of materials. *Registration is required and begins the Thursday before the program.
