“Ocean Fun Book Bingo”

Visit the library on Monday, July 24 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. to play a fun picture version of the popular game. Every participant will win and be able to choose books from our special selection table. To register, stop by the Children’s Room, or call 432-1127. Registration is required and begins the Thursday prior to the program.

“Story Time – Hair Raising Fun”

Come to the library on Tuesday, July 25 from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. to hear exciting stories of hair gone crazy. Patrons of all ages are invited to an energetic half-hour program of exciting stories, frolicking finger plays and sensational songs. Each week, one lucky patron will win a special raffle prize. No registration is required for this drop-in program.

“Matt Heaton in Concert”

Join musician Matt Heaton at the library on Wednesday, July 26 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for a fun and energetic musical concert. During this performance, audience members will be treated to a mix of familiar classics, such as 5 little monkeys jumping on the bed, as well as original music. This performance contains songs done in a mix of different styles including: rockabilly, surf, American roots and Irish traditional music. This enchanting program will have audience members dancing in their seats. To register, stop by the Children’s Room, or call 432-1127. This program is being sponsored by The Friends of the Londonderry Leach Library. Registration is required and begins the Thursday prior to the program.

“Craft Time – Decorate your own 3-D Butterfly”

Come to the library on Thursday, July 27 from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. or 1:00 – 1:45 p.m. to design your own 3-D butterfly. During this program, patrons will be able to decorate their butterfly using markers and other materials. Each session is open to 70 participants. To register, stop by the Children’s Room, or call 432-1127. Registration is required and begins the Thursday prior to the program.
