Leach Library Children’s Room hosts a National Library Week Raffle

To celebrate National Library Week, April 15-20, for each children’s item checked out from the library during this week, you will earn a raffle ticket for a chance to win a cool book bag. Raffle tickets may be turned in until closing on Saturday, April 20. Stop by the display case in the Children’s Room to see what the book bag looks like.

Create your own bookmark at the Leach Library Children’s Room

Celebrate the joy of reading by crafting your own, unique bookmark. Stop by the Children’s Room desk to pick up the supplies and create your masterpiece in the library, or in the comfort of your own home.

Vote for the Great Stone Face winner at the Leach Library Children’s Room

Participants in grades 4 – 6 who have read books from the nominated titles, for this year’s Great Stone Face award, may turn in their raffle tickets for a chance to win a great prize until closing on Saturday, April 13. After reading the books, you may vote for the Great Stone Face award beginning Monday, April 15 at 9:00 a.m., and voting continues through closing on Saturday, April 20. Be sure to stop in and cast your vote to help select this year’s Great Stone Face book. Everyone who votes will receive a bookmark.
