Explore Outer Space and Creatures of the Night this week at the Leach Library

Explore Outer Space: Blast off into outer space with Hedgie the hedgehog on Monday, August 6 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Explore the universe and find out what happens when Mars Needs Moms (JP BRE). Registration is required.


Creatures of the Night: The W.I.L.D. Center & Zoological Park of New England (formerly the Granite State Zoo) will be at the library on Wednesday, August 8 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. with their “Creatures of the Night’ program. Meet mammals, reptiles and amphibians from around the world that are most active from dusk to dawn (live animals). Registration is required.

Registration for the “Explore Outer Space” and “Creatures of the Night”, as well as our exciting Thursday craft where we will be decorating wooden flip-flop picture frames, begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 2. To register, call 603-432-1127 or stop by the Children’s Room.

Also this week, we have a drop in story time on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. as well as an exciting Scavenger Hunt on Saturdays.
