“A Visit with Curious George”
To help celebrate our
“Universe of Stories” theme for this summer, Curious George will be here for a
very special visit on Tuesday, June 18, Wednesday, June 19, and Thursday, June 20 from
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. As part of this lively visit, we will hear a story about George’s own trip on a rocket ship, as well as other animal journeys to space. Together, we will sing a song about monkeys and imagine how a monkey in space might jump and move. There will be plenty of time for a hug and a picture with Curious George and his rocket ship! At the end of the program, each participant will receive a silicone star bracelet to take home. This program is being sponsored by the Friends of the Londonderry Leach Library. *Registration is required and begins the Thursday before the program.
