Overdrive, the vendor for the New Hampshire Downloadable Audio Books Service, has announced that starting this summer they will make available DRM (Digital Rights Management) free files in the MP3 format. This means IPOD users, who have not been able to use the service up until this point, will be able to download books. The number of DRM free files will be small to begin with but over time the collection will steadily grow.
