“Explore a garden at night with Hedgie”
Come to the library on Tuesday, June 21, Wednesday, June 22
or Thursday, June 23 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00
p.m. to explore the mysterious wonder of a garden at night. During this
exciting program, we will hear the stories of the many animals that visit our
gardens at night. From Hedgie’s own story, to those of bats and foxes to
fireflies and moths these stories may inspire some to tiptoe out to try to
catch a peek at night. Participants will
also have a chance to try to identify different night time visitors. There will
be plenty of time for a hug and picture with Hedgie. Each participant will also
be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a cool prize bag. Registration is
required and begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 16. To register call
432-1127 or come by the Children’s Room. This program is being sponsored by The
Friends of the Londonderry Leach Library.
