Reptiles Rock at the Leach Library Children’s Room!

Are you looking for a way to pass time on Martin Luther King Day? The library is open and will be hosting the Rainforest Reptile Show’s program “Reptiles Rock”. Come to the library on Monday, January 21 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. and meet some amazing reptiles. During this exciting program, participants will meet a big tortoise, a large lizard, a 7-10 foot snake and an American Alligator. Those participants who wish, may pet the lizard or snake. Participants may also want to tour the ‘mini zoo’. This zoo, set up on a table, will have several containers containing snakes, toads and other rainforest animals and artifacts (live animals). Advance registration is required and begins on Monday, January 14 at 9:00 a.m. To register, call 432-1132 or come by the Children’s Room.
