Nocturnal Neighbors and Fractured Fairytales this week at the Leach Library Children’s Room

Nocturnal Neighbors - Hear some stories of the animals that live in our neighborhoods that only come out at night at the library on Monday, July 16 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Come hear about what happens when bats go to the library and see if you can identify our night time neighbors just from their shadows. Registration is required.

Fractured Fairytales - Once upon a time there was a large old book filled with classic fairy tales. One day, something strange happened and the stories became mixed up! Join Jennifer Couturier at the library on Wednesday, July 18 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. to hear these silly stories of fractured fairy tales. This exciting program is open to 90 participants and advance registration is required. This program is being sponsored by the Friends of the Londonderry Leach Library.

Registration for the “Nocturnal Neighbors” and “Fractured Fairytales” programs, as well as our exciting Thursday craft where we will be making Owl Lanterns, begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 12. To register, call 603-432-1127 or stop by the Children’s Room.

Also this week, we have a drop in story time on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. as well as an exciting Scavenger Hunts on Saturdays.
