Children's Room Program

Decorate a birdhouse at the Leach Library Children’s Room Spring is in the air and some fine feathered friends are returning to our back yards. Come to the library on Monday, April 23 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. or 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and build a birdhouse to welcome these visitors back. During the craft, children will be given a cardboard birdhouse to decorate with markers, foam shapes and a variety of other decorations. All participants will also receive a recipe for a pine cone birdfeeder, which can be hung near the birdhouse to attract visitors. Each session is open to 50 participants. Advance registration is required and begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 16. To register, call 603-432-1127 or come by the Children’s Room.
