Children's Summer Reading Program

Explore ocean tide pools at the Leach Library Children’s Room.
The Leach Library will host the Blue Ocean Society and their traveling tide pool on Wednesday, July 20 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Participants will experience live tide pool animals and plants including periwinkles, sea stars, sea anemones and more (live animals). This program is being sponsored by the Friends of the Londonderry Leach Library. Enter a world that is at the same time familiar and uniquely Russian with Rona Leventhal’s “Tales from Russia” on Wednesday, July 27, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Take a journey with a Russian Cinderella, enter into a mitten stuffed with animals, and find out what a wondrous wonder is!
