Virtual Summer Reading Program

From July 1 through August 31, 2021, Leach Library cardholders can register online to participate in a summer reading incentive program. Registered patrons of all ages are encouraged to report the number of books they read during July and August on a weekly or bi-weekly basis through an online raffle form. Adult raffle prizes will be drawn twice per month, young adult prizes will be awarded to the top reader(s) in each grade level, and children’s raffle winners will be drawn for three age groups. All registered participants in the children’s program are also invited to pick up a prize in the children’s room between Monday, August 23 and Saturday, September 4.

Virtual programs will be offered on the library’s Facebook page, blog, and YouTube channel in lieu of a traditional summer reading program. Take-home activities for all ages will be available for pickup throughout the summer.
