“Way up in the Arctic”
Travel way up to one of the coldest regions of the earth at
the Leach Library on Monday, December 11 from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. to hear stories
of some of the unique animals who live there. From polar bears to penguins,
owls to wolves, participants will hear stories about the vast array of animals
that make this chilly area home. During this program we will have a chance to
waddle, roar and have a magical time. Everyone who attends will leave with a
plush penguin bouncing ball. This exciting program is open to 90 participants
of all ages and advance registration is required. To register, stop by the
Children’s Room, or call 432-1127 beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 4.
