“The Magic of the West: Yellowstone and Big Sky Country” at Leach Library

On Thursday, May 18 at 7:00 p.m., the Leach Library will host the program “The Magic of the West: Yellowstone and Big Sky Country” by Rick Little. 

A graduate of the University of Maine, Mr. Rick Little is a lifelong fisherman specializing in flies, fly tying, and fly fishing.  The places he has traveled have influenced his fishing techniques and approach to fly tying.  He is the owner of Shadcreek Flies in Hampstead, NH.

Join us as Mr. Little shares his travel adventures in one amazing corner of the West.  In his slideshow presentation, he will explore the beauty of the Bighorn River region in south-central Montana, the canyons of the Missouri in central Montana, and finally the magnificence of Yellowstone National Park and the Beartooth Highway.

This program is free and open to the public with seating limited to the first 90 individuals.  It will be held in the library’s lower-level meeting room.  Light refreshments will be served.
