The Library will be hosting its annual Halloween
celebrations on Monday, October 19 and Tuesday, October 20 from 4:30 – 5:30
p.m. Those who wish to may participate in a costume parade beginning at 4:15
p.m. each day. During the program participants will meet a Monster who needs a costume, discover what monsters have in common
with them and sing the Haunted House
song. Those who wish may stay for a
viewing of the animated short version of the classic story Where the Wild Things Are. All participants will receive a trick or
treat bag full of prizes, activities and a simple craft. This fun-filled
program is open to 90 participants for each session. Advance registration is
required and begins at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13. To register, call
432-1127 or stop by the Children’s Room.
