On Thursday, May 14 at 7:00 p.m., the Leach Library will
host an evening of songs presented by the Harmonica Saints.
The Harmonica Saints, based at the Nashua Senior Center, have
been playing together for ten years for audiences across NH and Massachusetts.
The group is comprised of twelve musicians including harmonica players as well
as vocalists and musicians playing accordion, ukulele,
and even a carpenter’s saw!
The Harmonica Saints will bring back memories of the early
20th century with this musical performance of a variety of different
songs. Each musical piece includes a brief story or explanation to further
explain the meaning behind it. Audience participation is highly encouraged!
The event is free and open to the public with seating
limited to the first 90 individuals. It will be held in the library’s
lower-level meeting room. Light refreshments will be served.
