Leach Library Children’s Room to host Children’s Book Week Raffle

Starting Monday, May 12 through closing on Saturday, May 17, during Children’s Book Week, for each book checked out of the Children’s Room during this week, you will earn a raffle ticket for a chance to win a cool book bag. Stop by the display case in the Children’s Room to see what the book bag looks like.

For the Birds program at the Leach Library Children’s Room

Celebrate our fine feathered friends at the library on Monday, May 19 from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Participants will hear stories of fabulous birds and learn about some of their amazing features. All attendees will leave with an amazing balance bird to decorate at home. This program is open to 90 participants of all ages. Advance registration is required and begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 12. To register, call 432-1127 or come by the Children’s Room.
