Investigate the beach at the Leach Library Children’s Room

Dig up exciting beach adventures at the library on Monday, July 29 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. From dragons that move into sand castles to crabby crabs, you never know what kind of stories we will uncover. This fun-filled program is open to 90 participants and advance registration is required. To register, call 432-1127 or stop by the Children’s Room beginning on Thursday, July 25 at 9:00 a.m.

Meet some Hermit Crabs at the Leach Library Children’s Room

The Seacoast Science Center will be at the library on Wednesday, July 31 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. to explore the world of hermit crabs. Find out what a hermit crab looks like without its shell, how they find a new home and much more about these fascinating animals. Live hermit crabs may also be present (live animals). This exciting program is open to 90 participants and advance registration is required. To register, call 432-1127 or stop by the Children’s Room beginning on Thursday, July 25 at 9:00 a.m. This program is being sponsored by the Friends of the Londonderry Leach Library.
