Ahoy Mateys and Mostly Mammals this week at the Leach Library Children’s Room.

Sail the seven seas with pirates of all sorts on Monday, July 9 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. We will hunt for buried treasure, sing a pirate song and maybe learn a pirate dance. This wonderful program is open to 90 participants and advance registration is required. This fun-filled program is open to 90 participants and advance registration is required.

Come to the library on Wednesday, July 11 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and visit with Michelle DeBye from Michelle’s Menagerie. Michelle will be bringing animal friends who are most active at night. Animals include a hedgehog, ferret, skunk and more (live animals). Each session of this exciting program is open to 50 participants and advance registration is required. This program is being sponsored by the Friends of the Londonderry Leach Library.

Registration for the “Ahoy Mateys” and “Mostly Mammals” programs, as well as our exciting Thursday craft where we will be making “Creatures of the Night” mobiles begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 5. To register, call 603-432-1127 or stop by the Children’s Room.
