Leach Library Children’s Room to host the New England Reptile & Raptor Exhibits’ Birds of Prey

New England Reptile & Raptor Exhibits will be at the library on Monday, April 16 from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. with some of the most amazing winged predators of the sky. Get up-close and personal with a Red-Tailed Hawk, Turkey Vulture, Gyrfalcon and Great Horned Owl just to name a few. From their razor sharp talons, piercing eyesight and graceful flight, learn what makes these powerful, aerial hunters one of the most fascinating groups of birds. This exciting program is open to 90 participants and advance registration is required. To register, call 603-432-1127 or come by the Children’s Room beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 9.
