John Lennon and the Beatles

October 9th would have been John Lennon's 69th birthday. The singer, song writer, and peace activist was murdered in New York City on December 8, 1980. Through his life, one can easily track much of the history of rock music. This month Leach Library is featuring a display of rock music materials.
